How to Cancel a Subscription and Access Your Account

Account / Billing

Cancel a Yoohoo Plugins subscription from your account, or ask support if you cannot log in. This covers password resets, blocked IPs, and what to send so we can cancel it for you.

Cancel from your account

  1. Open yoohooplugins.com/account and sign in.
  2. Go to Product subscriptions.
  3. Find the product and cancel the renewal.
  4. Keep the plugin installed if you still need it. Cancelling stops automatic updates and priority support at the end of the paid term. It does not delete the plugin from your WordPress site.

License keys do not lock plugin features. After you cancel, the product keeps working. You will not get automatic updates or priority support once the term ends.

If you cannot log in

Use the lost-password link on the account page. If the reset email never arrives, check spam. If the form shows a critical error, or every IP you try is blocked, do not keep retrying — email support instead.

SymptomWhat to do
Forgot passwordUse lost password on the account page.
Reset form errors or times outEmail support with the purchase address. Do not keep submitting the form.
Blocked / firewall / “access denied”Email support. A firewall can block password resets from some networks or VPNs.
The account belongs to a former employeeEmail support from a company address and name the purchase email.

What to send support

Use the support form or email support@yoohooplugins.com. Include:

  • The email used to buy the product.
  • The product name (for example Paid Memberships Pro PDF Invoices).
  • Whether you want to cancel the upcoming renewal, or also request a refund.
  • The site URL, if you have one.

Refunds

Yoohoo Plugins has a 14-day refund policy. Details are on the FAQ. Cancellation of a future renewal is separate from a refund of a charge that already went through.

Common mistakes

Replying only to a renewal reminder

A reply to “Your subscription is about to renew” may reach us, but it is slower than cancelling in the account or opening a support ticket with the purchase email.

Fix: Cancel under Product subscriptions if you can log in. If you cannot, send the purchase email and product name in one message.

Assuming the plugin will stop working

People cancel and then worry the site will break on the renewal date.

Fix: The plugin keeps working. You lose automatic updates and priority support when the license term ends.
