Pricing And Licensing FAQs

Do I have to pay extra for support?
No, Yoohoo Plugins support is free for all users. Accessing priority requires you to have an active license key for a product.

What are license keys used for?
License keys allows your WordPress site to retrieve automatic updates from our plugin server if your license key is valid. We provide priority plugin support to valid license key holders.

What happens if I do not renew my license?
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year at 50% of the initial product price. If you decide to cancel this subscription, you won’t receive any further automatic updates or priority support.

Do license keys restrict plugin functionality?
Not at all. Our products will work as intended without a license key. License keys are used to verify the account holder for priority support and receive automatic updates for the product purchased.

What is your refund policy?
Yoohoo Plugins offer’s a 30 day no questions asked refund policy.  Refunds are for the full-amount paid and usually take around 24-48 hours to process.

Can I use your products on WordPress.com?
Yes, all of our plugins will work with a WordPress.com account – please note that a business account is required to install third-party extensions.
