This Privacy Policy covers Arctek Technologies Pty Ltd (hereafter Yoohoo Plugins) and brand representatives’ (which includes but is not limited to Yoohoo Plugins) treatment of information acquired or collected from the User, reasoning and means of doing so, by Yoohoo Plugins, brand representatives, third-party partners or other reasonable means that arise during the course of normal interaction. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to entities outside of Yoohoo Plugins and brand representatives, nor to agents, organization extensions or end-users not owned or controlled by Yoohoo Plugins, nor persons not controlled or manage by Yoohoo Plugins. Yoohoo Plugins will periodically keep in contact with users interested in receiving our email newsletters which users can opt-out or adjust their contact information at any point in time and we will respectively act upon this decision. Signing up to Yoohoo Plugins email newsletters are not required and are optional. If you sign-up for a mailing list through one of our WordPress plugins/themes, a opt-in confirmation will be sent before you are added to our newsletter mailing lists.
