Do I have to pay extra for support?
No, Yoohoo Plugins support is free for all users. Accessing priority requires you to have an active license key for a product.

What are license keys used for?
License keys allows your WordPress site to retrieve automatic updates from our plugin server if your license key is valid. We provide priority plugin support to valid license key holders.

What happens if I do not renew my license?
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year (you may cancel at any time). If you decide to cancel this subscription, you won’t receive any further automatic updates or priority support.

Do license keys restrict plugin functionality?
Not at all. Our products will work as intended without a license key. License keys are used to verify the account holder for priority support and receive automatic updates for the product purchased.

What is your refund policy?
Yoohoo Plugins offer’s a 14 day no questions asked refund policy.  Refunds are for the full-amount paid and usually take around 24-48 hours to process.

Can I use your products on WordPress.com?
Yes, all of our plugins will work with a WordPress.com account – please note that a business account is required to install third-party extensions.

When will I receive my product?
Product download links will automatically be sent via email immediately upon successful purchase.

My download link has expired, where can I download my purchased product?
You are able to download your purchase at any point in time by navigating to the Purchase History page.

Do I need an active license key to receive support?
An active license key is required to receive support for one of our premium products. If you are enquiring about a free product, support will be included.
