Cancel a Yoohoo Plugins subscription from your account, or ask support if you cannot log in. This covers password resets, blocked IPs, and what to send so we can cancel it for you.
License keys do not lock plugin features. After you cancel, the product keeps working. You will not get automatic updates or priority support once the term ends.
Use the lost-password link on the account page. If the reset email never arrives, check spam. If the form shows a critical error, or every IP you try is blocked, do not keep retrying — email support instead.
